达人秀赛程在平乐这个音乐小镇中已经延续了三年，它的主题也从“音乐”，延伸到“才艺”，而这一次更是冠以“梦想”的称号。
追梦不关乎年龄，所以6岁的小朋友独自带着她的汉舞来了，所以少年们带着炫酷的街舞也来了；小哥哥背着吉他小姐姐弹着古筝，阿姨们跳动着欢快的广场舞也来了，还有往届的追梦人也来了……
此刻，在平乐古镇平沙落雁个全民舞台上，有梦想，谁都了不起。
