    成都文旅集团成立于2007年3月,是按照市委市政府“发展大旅游、形成大产业、组建大集团”的战略部署组建的市属国有独资企业,承担成都市文化、旅游、体育产业资源整合、建设、运营,项目投融资和城市文化旅游产品、品牌对外推广等职责。成都文旅集团成立以来,先后打造了宽窄巷子,西岭雪山,“天府古镇”系列等文化旅游品牌项目,目前向公众开放的景区景点共7个,其中4A级景区4个。2016年,集团公司旗下各景区景点共接待游客近2500万人次,实现营业收入约19亿元。集团公司控股的成都文旅股份公司2015年底在新三板成功挂牌。

    成都文旅集团成立以来,大体上经历了四个发展阶段。第一个阶段是2007年至2010年,为高速发展阶段。坚持“一手抓资源、一手抓市场”,推出了宽窄巷子、西岭雪山、平乐古镇“平沙落雁”街区等旅游精品。

    第二个阶段是2011年至2013年,为品牌推广阶段。“天府古镇”品牌效应初步形成;西岭雪山景区成功申报国家4A级旅游景区;承办ATP冠军巡回赛和中国马术节两大国际体育赛事;宽窄巷子承办2013成都财富全球论坛省市招待晚宴;举办“安仁•博物馆论坛”;并入了成都中青旅、原新曙光旅游集团;组建了成都文旅发展股份有限公司,成为对接资本市场的一个重要平台。

    第三个阶段是2014年至2016年,为改革创新阶段。引入华侨城集团等战略合作者参与项目开发。五凤古镇成为国家4A级旅游景区,成都至莫斯科直航包机旅游开通。2015年12月15日,文旅股份在“新三板”成功挂牌,集团公司经营性资产证券化率达到10%。 

    第四个阶段是2016年至2020年,为转型升级阶段。争创“国内一流、西部最具竞争力的文化旅游体育产业集团”。

    成都文旅集团先后荣获成都市模范单位、四川省文化旅游产业旗舰企业等荣誉称号,被省政府列为四川省首批重点文化企业。 

    成都文旅集团正进入“十三五”新的发展阶段,将认真贯彻落实市委市政府“改革创新,转型升级”总体战略,发挥国有企业在产业发展中的主力军作用,朝“国内一流、西部最具竞争力的文化旅游产业集团”的战略 发展目标迈进,带动全市文化旅游体育产业扩大规模、优化结构、提升水平,为成都市贡献更多具有全国影响力甚至国际影响力的文化旅游体育精品项目。
